Hosting an unforgettable event in San Antonio? Radiant Moments Photobooth is excited to offer a limited number of complimentary photo booth sponsorships for select events. Explore the details below to see if your event qualifies for this exclusive opportunity.
Eligibility Criteria
This sponsorship opportunity is exclusively available for events held within our home region and must meet the following requirements:
Location
Your event must take place in San Antonio, Texas, or within a reasonable distance from our headquarters.
Event Type
Eligible events include:

Corporate events

Upscale social events (galas, fundraisers, large community events, etc.)
Please note: This program is not available for small private events such as birthdays or weddings.
Timeline
Your event date must fall within 3 months of submitting your application.
Application Process
This is an application-only opportunity. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.
Website Requirement
All non-profit or corporate applicants must have an active, publicly accessible blog section on their website.
What we require in return
If your event is approved for sponsorship, the following requirements must be met:
Website Link
A do-follow link to our website must be published on your organization’s website or on the event’s blog post, and remain live for the life of the domain. Radiant Moments Photobooth will provide the exact hyperlink text to use.
Sponsor Acknowledgment
If other sponsors are being recognized, our logo must receive equal visibility on sponsor walls, event banners, digital assets, or any official marketing materials.
We also reserve the right to include our logo on photo booth prints, branded deliverables, and video experiences associated with the event.
Marketing Rights
Radiant Moments Photobooth must be granted full creative direction over the photo or video activation and retain marketing rights to share behind-the-scenes content captured during your event.
Timely Link Publishing
The required link or blog post must be published within two weeks following the event.
Access to event galleries or content will not be released until the link is confirmed live.
Credit Card Authorization
A valid company credit card will be kept on file. If the link is not published within the agreed-upon timeframe, the full sponsorship value will be charged.
What if my application is denied?
Because this sponsorship program is highly limited, not all submissions will qualify for full sponsorship. However, if your event aligns with our mission and standards, you may still be considered for a partial sponsorship at 25%, 50%, or 75% off, based on the unique details and impact of your event.
